I did a lot of research before buying a Weight Dumbbell. I'm very, I went with the Bowflex. They are about $ 75 - $ 100 more than some other adjustable dumbbells I see, but the value of money caused by the extra durability and ease of use. In addition, I like the fact that they adjust in the 2.5 pound increments in the 7,5-22,5 range.
One set I looked at was LifeCore. I was pretty close to buying this, but I really do not like the choice of mechanisms and methods. The mechanism seems a bit weak and cheap to make. I know this may not seem like big deal, and really does not, I just do not want to have to think at all when I work out hard.
